Terms & Conditions

1. We reserve the right to change the specification of our own products at any time without prior notice.

2. All sizes of products quoted are approximate.

3. All quotations submitted are made without obligation and may be withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance but in any event shall lapse after 30 days.

4. Value Added Tax IS NOT included in all prices quoted.

5. Any dispatch dates given, indicated or agreed are approximate and shall be taken as a best estimate ONLY.

6. A minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% shall be paid at the time of ordering Goods.

7. We accept no responsibility for errors of understanding when orders are placed by telephone unless confirmed in writing within 48 hours.

8. Payment of outstanding balances must be made at the time of delivery / collection unless other prior arrangements were made with ourselves.

9. If delivery instructions are not received from the customer, or collection of the Goods is not made, within 14 days of our notification that Goods are ready for dispatch, we shall be entitled to charge for such storage with any outstanding balance becoming immediately payable.

10. Embriodered items cannot be returned for refund or exchange so please be sure of your garment size and embroidery details when ordering.
